BEDBUGMOCHI Commission and Adopt Terms of Service

Please read them carefully so I don't need to say I can't/don't handle this or that. Every rule applied to my commission and adopt as well.
This is very basic and all over the place atm but I will fix this time to time so always check them before grabbing slot/adopt from me.

 

Commission Rights/Rules:

During the commission process, you will agree to my terms as stated.

  • If your own Terms of Service/Use “voids” my own terms, you may not commission me at all.

  • I do not work for free/exposure, no exceptions.

  • NO wait list and ping list. Do not ask for it.

  • Payment should be up front. Payment plan should be completed within one month and I only work after get full payment.

  • You should have colored fullbody character reference to commission me. No gathered images that I should put together.

  • Please don't delete/clean out old notes so I can keep all information in continuing note. 

  • Please always send me a note with the comm type that you claimed.

  • If you have 3D image references from game or anything, please make details clear. Some images are very dark that sometimes I can't see full details.

  • If you have 3D references, at least make a clear color sheet so I don't make mistake.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission, within reason, with the option of refunding at my will.

  • No full refund will be made after I start sketching.

  • I will not work with someone who is very picky with every details and want to change my drawing style.

  • I NEVER continue commission if you do not reply to my note for asking confirmation.

  • If you send late reply, I usually push you to the end of my todo list.

  • I only check note when I have time to work on your stuff so if I haven't checked it, I will do it later when your time comes so no push.

  • You will receive Work-In-Progress photos to critique prior to the finished product. All major changes should be handled on lining stage. Minor changes after work is finished are limited to one.

  • When the product is done, you will receive original work and a smaller version for posting.

  • My official watermarks will not be removed.

  • Scamming, cropping out or covering my watermarks to intentionally steal my piece will cause permanent blacklisting.

  • PayPal payments are set in US CURRENCY. If it is not, I will ask you to send the equivalent of the price in the currency provided.

  • I retain the right as the artist to showcase commissioned work on my site/account.

  • As the artist, I reserve the exclusive right to my work. You may not take credit for my art, nor leave me uncredited if you post the piece. This applies to all commissioners, no matter the price you paid.

  • Do not repost my work anywhere except TH without permission.

  • Do not draw on top of my drawing without permission. I usually ask for you to draw on your own rather than draw on top of my drawing.

  • Do not merchandise my artwork without permission. 

 

Adopt Rights/Rules:

During the commission process, you will agree to my terms as stated.

  • If your own Terms of Service/Use “voids” my own terms, you may never adopt from me at all.

  • You have to make payment withing 2 days after claiming. If you can't do that, I recommend you not to claim character. 

  • If you do not reply to my note for 24 hrs, you lose rights to claim character.

  • If you ever backed out from auction you won, you will be banned to claim commission/adopt slots from me for 3 month. 

  • I retain the right to my work via designer credit.

  • Do not resell my designs for more than you paid, the only exception is if you had commissioned more art.

  • You may make changes to the character, but do not draw on top of my drawing/change my artwork. Which means you have to make a new drawn ref.

  • My official watermarks will not be removed.

  • Payment plan only applies to payment over $300.

  • Do not repost my work anywhere without permission except TH. No IG, or Twitter.

  • Do not change the designer or creator credits on TH.

 

Will Draw:

  • Human Male

  • Human Female

  • Closed Species

  • Humanoid Character

  • Fan Art

  • OC x Canon

 

Will Not Draw:

  • NSFW (will only do that on my NSFW account)

  • Furry/Anthro

  • Mecha/Robot

 

Uncomfortable to Draw:

  • Curvy body

  • Full armor

  • Character with too too much details
